Weddings Your Big Day

The team at Big Top want to make your day everything you want it to be and the wedding all your guests will remember. All our food is lovingly handmade to homemade recipes and we can guarentee you will love the taste and flavours.

We will personally visit you and your family to ensure we provide you with your exact speci cations. Using our sample menus as a base we can combine di erent elements to work with your budget. We enclose a selection of menus to suit all tastes and budgets but we are happy to work with you to provide the food you want at the price you can a ord.

Menus

Our menus give you an idea of price and variation but we are happy to provide bespoke quotations if you have a particular idea or want to mix and match from our menus.

Our meals are usually served buffet style but we can provide additional staff to serve food at table if requested

Additional staff are charged at £13 per hour.

Buffet linen, crockery, cutlery, glasses, disposable napkins and delivery within the greater Manchester area are included in the price.

  • Beautiful handmade celebration cakes
  • Tablecloths

  • Hire of Wine and or Champagne glasses
  • Source alcoholic drinks or arrange a bar
  • If your venue doesn’t have kitchen facilities we can bring our kitchen facilities to you to provide hot buffet items for a complete day at a cost of £150-£200 a day for up to 200 people.

We are happy to provide a quotation for any additions

If your buffet includes hot food, we will require the use of kitchen facilities. If your venue doesn’t have such facilities, we can bring our kitchen facilities to you at a cost of £200 a day.
For all buffets. the Big Top Team will cook on site as required, set up your buffet, serve and clear tables.
Buffet linen, crockery, cutlery, glasses and disposable napkins are included in the price.

Waitress Service

All our menus are bu et style but if you wish to have waitress service we are happy to provide this. Cost per hour per member of sta £13.00.

Event Managing

We are happy to organise your whole day co-ordinating all the di erent parts of the day. Taking away the stress of sourcing and coordinating all your di erent suppliers and ensuring every- thing goes smoothly on the day

What About The Children?

Children’s Wedding Activity Bag
We know from experience these bags keep children entertained throughout the reception and parents have found them a valuable asset.
They find them with their place name on the table.Included in the bag will be age appropriate activities and gifts for the children to remember your special day.

  • A heart decorating craft Cardboard cut-out dolls with costumes to dress the bride and groom

Keeping Children Busy
We can supply two members of sta to set up a children’s activity room with fun and games and wedding craft to keep children happy and entertained.
Family Games
We can also supply family fun games for outside. Quotations on request.

Mobile Creche and Play Facility

Our mobile creche is a great way to keep children entertained during your event. All of our staff are dedicated to making sure that the children have a great time. They are friendly, caring and engaging so that you can have peace of mind knowing your child is safe and happy in our care.

Our mobile creche is suitable for a range of different events from weddings, christenings to corporate conferences, training courses or exhibitions. By providing a mobile creche you will be making your event inclusive, accessible and family friendly.

Fun Zone

Creating a fun zone for your event is easy. All you need is
a designated space, preferably a separate room, for us to bring the fun. We will create a safe space where children can play freely. We bring our own equipment with a range of toys, games and activities for ages 3 – 11 years so there is something for everyone.
